Can I avail contactless delivery?
While the option to opt in for contactless delivery is not available on the Gogappi App yet, you can contact the delivery agent via phone and request them to leave the order at your door step.

Does Gogappi accept cash on delivery?
Gogappi does not support cash on delivery option at the moment. We are working towards enabling this feature soon. Gogappi however supports all major digital payment options. Click here to find out more about payment methods available on Gogappi.
Can I add special instructions to the Delivery Partner?
No. It is currently not possible to add special instructions to the delivery partner. However this feature will be available soon on the Gogappi platform.
