Gogappi's Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. SUMMARY
  1. Orders once placed can not be cancelled, returned or updated by the User. Users are urged to double check the order before making any payment.
  2. Gogappi reserves the right to cancel orders based on weather conditions, availability of delivery partner or vendor and other unforeseen circumstances. In all such cases a full refund will be issued in line with Gogappi's Cancellation and Refund Policy. 
  3. User shall also be entitled to a refund of proportionate value in the event packaging of an item in an order or the complete order, is either tampered, damaged or incorrect. 
  4. Any complaint, with respect to the Order which shall include instances but not be limited to food spillage, foreign object in food, tampered, damaged or incorrect order, poor quality, the user will be required to share the proof of the same before any resolution can be provided.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. Orders once placed can not be cancelled, returned or updated by the User. Customers are urged to double check the order before making any payment.
  2. This policy helps us avoid food wastage and compensate vendors and delivery partners fairly for their efforts.
  3. Gogappi reserves the right to cancel orders due to unusual delays that may arise due to based on weather conditions, availability of delivery partner or vendor and other unforeseen circumstances. In all such cases a full refund will be issued to the User.

3. REFUND POLICY
  1. User may be entitled to a refund on their orders post deduction of cancellation fee in a manner as deemed fit by Gogappi in its sole discretion.
  2. User shall also be entitled to a refund of proportionate value in the event packaging of an item in an order or the complete order, is either tampered, damaged or incorrect. 
  3. Any complaint, with respect to the Order which shall include instances but not be limited to food spillage, foreign object in food, tampered, damaged or incorrect order, poor quality, the user will be required to share the proof of the same before any resolution can be provided.
  4. User may be entitled to a refund up to 100% of the order value if our Delivery Agent fails to deliver the order to any User due to a causes attributable to us, however such refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis by us (Note: We do not penalize the Delivery Partner for delays caused due to external factors.)
  5. In the event User have provided incorrect particulars, e.g., contact number, delivery address etc., or that User was unresponsive, not reachable or unavailable for fulfilment of the services offered, such User will not be eligible for any refunds.
  6. The user shall not be entitled to a refund in case instructions placed along with the Order are not followed in the form and manner intended. Instructions are followed by the Vendor Partner /Store on a best-efforts basis.
  7. All refund amounts shall be credited to User via the same payment mode/ account used while making the payment. (Eg; If payment was made using UPI, refund will be made to the same UPI account. If payment was made using Credit Card, refund will be credited to the same Credit Card.

4. REFUND TIMELINE
  1. Most refunds are processed within an hour. However refunds may take longer in certain cases.
  2. The time taken to process refunds depends on the payment mode used while making the payment. Refer to the table below for expected refund times based on different payment modes.


5. DISCLAIMER
  1. Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding.
  2. Gogappi reserves the right to deny any refund on a case by case basis.
  3. Gogappi reserves the right to make changes and corrections, at any time, to any part of this policy without prior notice.
