Where do I find the Order Reference Number?
The Order Reference Number is a unique 12 digit number that can be found on the "Order Tracking" screen of the Gogappi App.
Please navigate to the Order Tracking screen by clicking on
- Account
- Your orders
- Select the order for which you need Order Reference Number
Once you are on the "Order Tracking" screen you can copy the Order Reference Number by clicking the "Copy Icon" next to the 12 digit Reference No.
